I have been experiencing technical difficulties with our domain name and the site has been down for a bit. I am in the process of re-posting all the stuff that was lost over the last two months. Hopefully everything will be back to normal soon.
I had my first interview today with an IT recruiter in Charlotte. I plan to meet several more but this one had an immediate opening for an Oracle Developer so I went in this morning. I met the recruiter and now have a technical phone interview set up for next Monday morning with Bank of America. It is a 6 month contract position.
Soccer season has ended. Nick's team came in first place and Sam's soccer team went UNDEFEATED for the season. Here's a picture of the proud team:

Okay, so it isn't programming but I took a part time job to make a little money and meet some new friends. I have been hired at Bath & Body Works as seasonal help for the Christmas Season. I have been at a desk job for 12 1/2 years so I am feeling really OLD while working standing up for 5+ hours at a time!! It's pretty sad. I have a 10 1/2 hour shift waiting for me the day after Thanksgiving and I don't know how how I'll manage. Pray for me, please :)
Nick was voted Terific Kid for the month of October. We are soooo proud of him!!
